** Shares of industrial equipment provider Alta Equipment
 ALTG.N  gain 1% while those of electric truck-maker Nikola
 NKLA.O  rise 2.2%
    ** Cos sign deal naming ALTG as the authorized dealer to
sell and service Nikola medium and long-haul Class 8 EV/FCEV
trucks in the New York, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and New

    ** Financial terms of the deal not disclosed
    ** Including session's gains, NKLA down ~27% YTD while ALTG
is up 26.5%
